Delete your email account in the app
Open Bloom Queue → Settings → Account & sync → Delete account, enter your password and confirm. Your email account and its cloud best score are deleted immediately. Progress on your device stays; Settings → Clear data on this device removes it.
Delete without the app
Email [email protected] from the email address of your Bloom Queue account with the subject “Bloom Queue account deletion”. Do not send your password. We may ask you to confirm the request from that address, then delete the account and its best score within 30 days and reply when it is done.
What is deleted
Your Firebase Authentication account (email address, hashed password, account ID, sign-in metadata) and your best Classic score stored in Cloud Firestore. Google may keep encrypted backups for a limited period under its own retention before they are overwritten. If you emailed us, we keep only that email thread as a record of the request.
Game Center and Google Play Games leaderboards
Scores on the Bloom Queue leaderboard are stored by Apple or Google with your player profile, not on Patcell servers. Manage or delete them through your Game Center settings (Apple) or your Google Play Games profile and Google account (Google). Deleting a Bloom Queue email account does not delete your Apple or Google account.
Remove Ads purchase
Deleting your Bloom Queue email account does not remove a Remove Ads purchase: it stays with your Apple ID or Google account and can be restored in Settings → Purchases → Remove Ads → Restore purchases.

Xóa tài khoản email trong ứng dụng

Xóa khi không dùng ứng dụng

Xóa tài khoản email Bloom Queue không làm mất gói Gỡ quảng cáo đã mua: gói này gắn với Apple ID hoặc tài khoản Google của bạn và có thể khôi phục tại Cài đặt → Mua hàng → Gỡ quảng cáo → Khôi phục giao dịch.
