Delete your email account in the app
Open Lunar Cascade → Settings → Account & sync → Delete account, enter your password and confirm. Your email account and its cloud best scores are deleted immediately. Progress on your device stays; Settings → Clear data on this device removes it.
Delete without the app
Email [email protected] from the email address of your Lunar Cascade account with the subject “Lunar Cascade account deletion”. Do not send your password. We may ask you to confirm the request from that address, then delete the account and its best scores within 30 days and reply when it is done.
What is deleted
Your Firebase Authentication account (email address, hashed password, account ID, sign-in metadata) and your best Classic score. Google may keep encrypted backups for a limited period under its own retention before they are overwritten. If you emailed us, we keep only that email thread as a record of the request.
Game Center and Google Play Games leaderboards
Scores on the Lunar Cascade leaderboards are stored by Apple or Google with your player profile, not on Patcell servers. Manage or delete them through your Game Center settings (Apple) or your Google Play Games profile and Google account (Google). Deleting a Lunar Cascade email account does not delete your Apple or Google account.
