Email [email protected]. Include the app version (Settings), your iPhone or iPad model, the iOS version and what happened. Do not send passwords, payment information or private photos.
Which devices are supported?
ShotCam 2.0.1 needs iOS 16 or later. Every feature works on iOS 16, with one limit: on iOS 16, Cut me out and Blur background find people only. Pets and objects need iOS 17 or later; the app tells you when this applies.
Choosing and saving photos
ShotCam uses Apple's photo picker, so it sees only the photos you choose. To save, allow ShotCam to add photos when iOS asks. If you said no, open the iOS Settings app → ShotCam → Photos and choose Add Photos Only. Saved and shared photos never include the original location or phone model.
Collages, Moments and grid posts
On Home, tap Collage and pick 2 or more photos, or pick a Moment to start from a ready-made idea. Grid post splits one photo into 3, 6 or 9 tiles and shows the order to post them.
Continue an unfinished edit
ShotCam saves your edit as you go. Unfinished edits appear on Home under Continue editing. Drafts stay on your device and are removed if you uninstall the app.
My Signature
Add your name, @handle, a sticker or your logo to every photo you save: open Settings → My Signature. It is free and stays on your device.
ShotCam Pro and the free trial
ShotCam Pro unlocks every look, layout, sticker pack, frame and effect, the largest export size and no ads. Choose yearly (with a free trial for new subscribers), monthly or Lifetime (one-time). Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. To cancel, open the iOS Settings app → your name → Subscriptions → ShotCam Pro. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Remove Ads and restoring purchases
Remove Ads is a one-time purchase that removes the full-screen ads after saving. Pro items still need ShotCam Pro or a rewarded ad. Bought something on another device or after reinstalling? Open Settings → Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account.
Ads and privacy choices
A full-screen ad may appear after you save or share, never on your first save. Where required, Settings → Privacy choices lets you change your ad consent at any time. Your photos are never sent with ads. See the privacy policy.

Ứng dụng chạy trên máy nào?
ShotCam 2.0.1 cần iOS 16 trở lên. Mọi tính năng đều chạy trên iOS 16, chỉ có một giới hạn: trên iOS 16, Tách mình ra và Mờ phông chỉ nhận ra người. Thú cưng và đồ vật cần iOS 17 trở lên; ứng dụng sẽ báo khi gặp trường hợp này.
Chọn và lưu ảnh
ShotCam dùng trình chọn ảnh của Apple nên chỉ thấy những ảnh bạn chọn. Để lưu ảnh, hãy cho phép ShotCam thêm ảnh khi iOS hỏi. Nếu lỡ từ chối, mở ứng dụng Cài đặt của iOS → ShotCam → Ảnh và chọn Chỉ thêm ảnh. Ảnh lưu và ảnh chia sẻ không bao giờ kèm vị trí hay dòng máy của ảnh gốc.
Ghép ảnh, Khoảnh khắc và bài lưới
Ở màn hình chính, chạm Ghép ảnh rồi chọn từ 2 ảnh trở lên, hoặc chọn một Khoảnh khắc để bắt đầu từ ý tưởng có sẵn. Bài lưới chia một ảnh thành 3, 6 hoặc 9 ô và cho biết thứ tự đăng.
Tiếp tục bản đang sửa dở
ShotCam tự lưu khi bạn chỉnh. Các bản sửa dở hiện ở màn hình chính, mục Tiếp tục chỉnh sửa. Bản nháp nằm trên máy bạn và sẽ bị xoá nếu gỡ ứng dụng.
Chữ ký của tôi
Thêm tên, @handle, sticker hoặc logo của bạn vào mọi ảnh bạn lưu: mở Cài đặt → Chữ ký của tôi. Tính năng miễn phí và chỉ lưu trên máy bạn.
ShotCam Pro và dùng thử miễn phí
ShotCam Pro mở mọi kiểu ảnh, bố cục, gói sticker, khung và hiệu ứng, cỡ ảnh xuất lớn nhất và không có quảng cáo. Bạn chọn gói năm (có dùng thử miễn phí cho người đăng ký mới), gói tháng hoặc Trọn đời (mua một lần). Gói đăng ký tự động gia hạn trừ khi bạn huỷ ít nhất 24 giờ trước khi kỳ hiện tại kết thúc. Để huỷ, mở ứng dụng Cài đặt của iOS → tên của bạn → Đăng ký → ShotCam Pro. Việc hoàn tiền do Apple xử lý tại reportaproblem.apple.com.
Gỡ quảng cáo và khôi phục giao dịch
Gỡ quảng cáo là gói mua một lần, bỏ quảng cáo toàn màn hình sau khi lưu ảnh. Các mục Pro vẫn cần ShotCam Pro hoặc xem quảng cáo có thưởng. Đã mua trên máy khác hoặc vừa cài lại ứng dụng? Mở Cài đặt → Khôi phục giao dịch, đăng nhập cùng Tài khoản Apple đã dùng để mua.
Quảng cáo và lựa chọn quyền riêng tư
Quảng cáo toàn màn hình có thể hiện sau khi bạn lưu hoặc chia sẻ, không bao giờ ở lần lưu đầu tiên. Ở nơi pháp luật yêu cầu, Cài đặt → Lựa chọn quyền riêng tư cho phép bạn đổi lựa chọn đồng ý quảng cáo bất cứ lúc nào. Ảnh của bạn không bao giờ được gửi kèm quảng cáo. Xem chính sách quyền riêng tư.
Báo lỗi hoặc góp ý tính năng
Gửi email tới [email protected], kể chuyện gì không ổn hoặc bố cục, kiểu ảnh, sticker bạn muốn có thêm.
