How can we help?

Email [email protected]. Include the version from Settings → About, your device model and what happened. Do not send passwords or payment information.

How to play

Drop numbers 2–5 into the columns. Two equal numbers N vanish when they are exactly N cells apart in a row or column; tiles in between don't matter. Falling tiles can start chains. Every few moves a pressure row pushes the board up. Replay the tutorial from the main menu → How to play.

Modes

Classic (7 × 9) and the Daily challenge are always available. Wide (8 × 11) unlocks when your best Classic score reaches 5,000.

Sound

Sound effects and music start after your first tap. Check the Sound effects and Music switches in Settings and your device volume.

Saved runs and data

Your unfinished run, best scores and stats are saved on this device only. Settings → Clear data on this device removes them; uninstalling also removes them. You can optionally back up your best scores with Game Center, Google Play Games (leaderboards) or an email account in Settings → Account & sync; the email account can be deleted there (account and data deletion). See the Echo Gap Privacy Policy.
