How can we help?

Email [email protected]. Include the app version from Settings → About, your device model, and the steps that led to the issue. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes or payment information. A screenshot is optional; remove private information first.

Playing and scoring

Draw from S (Start) to F (Finish). The route score appears after you submit. Meadow stars record your best results. Forest, Highlands and Marsh marked “Coming soon” are not playable or purchasable in the first free release.

Sound and music

Check the separate Music and Sound switches in Settings and your device's media volume and audio output. If sound is still missing, tell us whether it happens after opening the game, after an ad or after returning from another app.

Progress and changing devices

The game saves progress on your device while you play. Do not uninstall or clear app data to troubleshoot a save issue. Connected save services, when enabled in your build, are optional. For email saving, open Settings → Save & sync, select Sync now and wait for confirmation before changing devices or removing the app. Only progress already received by the service can be restored elsewhere. Apple platform saving requires the appropriate Game Center and iCloud account settings.

See the Pocket Map Privacy Policy for service availability, data and deletion choices. Where email accounts are enabled, account deletion is available in Save & sync after reauthentication. For account-access or privacy help, contact us using the address above. This page does not perform deletion.
