Sen Journey · Meet the game
Meet Sen Journey: a quiet world for curious minds
A boat, a few clues, and a decision that changes what comes next. Discover Patcell’s peaceful adventure through 36 handcrafted logic puzzles.

The boat is waiting. The far bank is within sight. All you need to do is get across.
Then a small question changes the plan: who brings the boat back?
A good logic puzzle can begin with something that simple. A few characters, a handful of rules, one clear destination—and suddenly you are thinking about what happens two moves from now.
Welcome to Sen Journey, a puzzle adventure by Patcell. Follow Sen, a young girl in a straw hat and red scarf, through riverside villages, gardens and lotus ponds. Along the way, 36 handcrafted puzzles across six chapters invite you to observe, try an idea, and discover the next step.
Available for Android on Google Play. Every level is free to play, including offline. The game contains ads and optional purchases.
Start your Sen Journey →A peaceful setting. An interesting problem.
Sen’s world draws on the Vietnamese countryside: green hills, village scenes, water and soft colours. It gives the journey a storybook character, with a little breathing room around each challenge.
You can follow the stories and illustrated rules in English. No knowledge of the setting is needed to enjoy the puzzles. The next step comes from reading the situation and working out what the rules allow.
There are no countdown timers and no lives to manage. Take a moment to examine a clue. Try a different approach. Put the game down and return when a new idea comes to mind.
The calm presentation leaves room for the most interesting part: the moment you notice a connection that was there all along.
The return trip is part of the puzzle
River crossings reward a view of the whole situation. Sending someone towards the destination feels like progress, but both riverbanks matter. A journey back can be the move that makes the next crossing possible.
Before you move the boat, ask yourself what will remain behind. Then ask what you will need on the following trip. The answer is often a sequence rather than a single clever move.

One journey, several ways to think
Sen Journey brings several classic puzzle families into the same adventure. The variety gives you something new to look for as you move between chapters.
Measure, pour, think
Water-jug puzzles turn quantities into clues. Filling a container is straightforward; making a particular amount may require you to use what remains after a pour.
Try this question: you have a three-litre jug and a five-litre jug. How could you leave exactly four litres in the larger one? If you have already started imagining the water moving between them, you have found the appeal.
Number terraces invite a related kind of attention, asking you to look at order and the relationships between numbers. Working backwards from the result can reveal what must happen first.

Find the route
Bridge puzzles shift the question from quantities to connections. In the Fifteen bridges challenge, you need to use every bridge once, follow the stated move requirements and finish at the goal. Where you go now changes which routes remain available later.

Make room for the next piece
Sliding stones and mosaics ask you to think about positions, shapes and space. A piece can fit somewhere without being in the right place for the final arrangement.
The lotus shore mosaic gives you shaped pieces to rotate and place on a grid, without flipping them. Look at the spaces a placement creates as carefully as the space it fills. A small adjustment can change the possibilities around it.

Room to experiment, help when you need it
An idea does not need to work on the first attempt. Undo lets you reconsider a move, while automatically saved progress makes it easy to return to the journey later.
Every level includes a short story and illustrated rules. When you would like more direction, the free Solve with Sen guidance offers help. Separate, specific hints use stars, which can be earned through play.
A useful starting point is to look for one thing that must be true. What would the final step need? Which space must stay open? Which move is allowed right now? A smaller question can make the larger puzzle easier to approach.
What is free, and what is optional?
All 36 levels and Solve with Sen are free to play, including offline. There is no level pack you need to purchase to continue through the collection.
The game includes advertising and optional in-app purchases. Specific hints use stars; you can earn stars by playing, obtain them through optional rewarded ads when available, or buy star packs. A one-time purchase removes automatic ads. Rewarded ads remain voluntary.
The first three levels have no automatic ads, giving you time to get familiar with the game. Online features, including purchases and cloud sync, require an internet connection.
Your next clue is waiting
Whether you enjoy planning a careful sequence or finding where a shape belongs, Sen Journey offers a quiet place to spend time with a good problem.
Meet Sen. Read the rules. Try your first idea.
And before you send the boat across, remember the return trip.
